Like a lot of people, the pandemic turned our world upside down, but it also gave us the opportunity to re-evaluate our priorities. We quickly realized what was important to us was spending more time with our 4 daughters and each other. We also wanted to build something of our own in a community we loved – so we started The Reset.

Over the last few years, we’ve grown as a company, but have stayed true to what led us here: time with family.

That’s why we ensure our people’s schedules are flexible. It’s important they are able to fit in school drop offs, pick ups, and all the other things life throws their way. And it’s also why we pay a living wage, so they don’t have to spend half their income on childcare.

Balancing priorities, whatever yours are, is what we strive to offer—we can help you with your homes, taking to-dos off your plates so you can love your space and put your energy into what’s important to you.
